Dropped my vehicle after making an appointment. Left it there to have it detailed before we left on a trip. They had it three to four hours. We went to pick it up and it didn't look like it was waxed and parts of the interior were not cleaned. I opened the rear window and it was never opened to be cleaned and there was a dirt dobber nest attached to the body. I asked about it and he said he forgot to open the rear window.
