Really impressed with the service and knowledge of this garage, sorted my problem out and kept me informed along the way and to add to that was cheaper than I was expecting. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍
They managed to fit me in on short notice, within the same week of first contacting them, when other garages were quoting me a waitlist of at least 2 weeks. This was following my car breaking down due to a hydraulic issue in the clutch system. They diagnosed the issue quickly and contacted me to authorise the repairs. The car was then fixed promptly and at a very reasonable price too. Definitely one of best local independent garages around, I highly recommend them and it will be my go-to garage from now on.
Low oil pressure light came on on my fiesta, took to Bristol Street Ford in Glos who charged £114 to diagnose the issue and then quoted over £2k for the work while also saying something else might be wrong with the vehicle so they would then have to charge more. Highly recommended, very reasonably priced and excellent service from Nigel. Bought my Focus ST from Bristol Street Fraud and under their extended warrantee plan and had 3 major repairs taken out by them, every single repair resulted in the car being returned to have faults/damage caused by shoddy workmanship rectified, the last time I was without my car for 3 weeks. Always fantastic service here, Ford quoted me 4 weeks to get a part and a repair done, Sheppard's were able to import a part from Germany (Fiesta Driveshaft) and fit it within 4 working days! Communication also very good, as is their hourly labor rate. Can't recommend highly enough.
