Back in May my husband purchased a small battery powered Echo chainsaw for me to use on our property. Shepp City were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick in posting it to us. We try to buy local, however Shepp City's pricing was far cheaper than suppliers here in SA and they had stock. In SA we would have had to wait weeks for it to arrive. We received the chainsaw from Shepp City within a few days. Awesome company to shop with and I love the Echo chainsaw (just my size).
The Shep City Team are awesome, got a victor contractor mower from them seamless process , product was in stock ( unlike many businesses that falsely list stock) they were happy to take my small deposit and hold for a few days until I could pay out balance, which was a big help. Bev their administration manager was exceptionally helpful with tracking and after sales support. Mower was delivered very fast interstate within a couple of days !
