The staff on the boat were very rude. They told very loudly we had to move over to give space for someone else which made our seating very crammed and unenjoyable. For over 40 bucks for a ticket they should let you be able to stretch your feet.

They used to be a 5-star marine store. Not Anymore. Owner passed, new ownership and direction. Store hours are ridiculous, inventory is being reduced. The new owners will likely kill off the entire pleasure boat side. The Biden Harris economy has wrecked this big time as well.

I call this review the “death of a great marina”. For more than 20 years I have had Shepler’s haul out, store, and launch my sailboat but the recent sale of the company to the Hoffmann family changed that. They have initiated a storage contract that includes provisions like waiving their liability for negligence, even if from the work of their employees!
