This company holds more money than was approved of on your card. For example, my order was $300. They held Way more than three hundred dollars for multiple days. And now that I've been charged for my order. I still have money pending to them that's not theirs. This company is dishonest there crooks! And when I called with my problem they didn't help me solve it. Don't order from this company it is a nightmare.

Absolute clown show. The jeans I ordered arrived four days later than they were supposed to and they were the wrong size. Even though it was their mistake, I was charged $10 to return them with no option for replacement. This wasn’t even an average rated experience. Poor customer service, poor quality all around. Will never shop here again, I’d rather wear $22 jeans from Walmart. If you value the money you earn, avoid this clown show at all cost.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a leather vest for $228 in April 2022 for my wedding. They totally took payment; but then the shipment was delayed and today I got an email saying the order was "cancelled". I NEVER give companies a bad review. They likely knew back in April that they couldn't fulfill this order. Then simply make it unavailable on your website. Now I need to follow up with my bank and ****** to make sure they aren't just running off with my $. There are better companies out there. To Sheplers-get your ac... read more

In reviewing this order, I have found the following. The customer did in fact order the vest. The order was paid with ******. ****** requires shipment within 30 days. The vendor did push out the ETA past the 30 day time frame and the order was canceled as we could not meet the shipping guidelines in place by ******. The authorization was placed on the card on April 23rd and voided on May 22nd when the order was canceled. There are no funds being held on the customers ****** account. I`m situated in Austria and `ve bought boots through Sheplers Onlineshop. Everything worked well untill there broke a seam at one of the boots after usement of about two month. After complaining at Sheplers, I`ve got the answer they cannot find any invoice from the sale and any contact or address to myself. Through about two more weeks of email communication, they were not able to locate anything about the sale and delivery. In the meantime there broke other seams at the boots. Sent back 2 pr womens jeans for a larger size. They sent back 1 pair in the larger size and the other was the SAME SIZE AND PAIR of jeans I returned. After 28 minutes of arguing with me, their excuse was that the larger size was not in stock. So they send back the small size I returned because I can't wear it. They still insisted I send the jeans back, pay for return shipping and they would refund me later. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! THEY SENT MERCHANDISE I DIDN'T ORDER, CHARGED ME FOR IT, AND WANT ME TO SPEND THE TIME AND MON... read more

After researching this order, it does appear that we did issue credit for the item in question as a customer courtesy. The representative did advise the customer we would be doing that at the end of the conversation. We do apologize for the inconvenience and stress we caused this customer. However; the credit was issued and processed as it should have been for our error in shipping the wrong item.

Attempting to return a leather jacket; went to the website and having major problems. They have an 800 number, but WHAT A JOKE! It rings and rings and rings, and then suddenly you hear a busy signal. No one answers the phone EVER. Extremely sketchy and unprofessional. Will NEVER purchase from this company again!!! Good luck!

on 12/09 we did have an outage of systems and phone system. The systems came back up late afternoon and we were experiencing extremely high call volumes with extensive wait times. We will contact the customer today to assist with the return. Jody ****** Customer Experience Director
