Maureen from reception was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile when dealing wuth my request. There are a lovely team of receptionist, doctors and nurses who really care about their patients.
I had a really great experience at the surgery recently and just wanted to leave some feedback. Nurse Lauren was amazing 😊 she was friendly, professional, and took the time to go through all my diabetes checks and blood test results properly. She explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease the whole time. It was clear she genuinely cared and I really appreciated that. Dr.Docherty was kind and caring nothing was to much trouble for her. Thorough and understanding, easy to talk to, but most of all she resolved my problem. Best doctor I've ever been to.
