Hi, highly recommend Shepherd's plumbing heating and air conditioning service. My HVAC on my roof wasn't working. Within an hour, he had it up and running! Greg Bedford/ Bedford Autobody
I would not recommend Shepherd's plumbing service. Our house had a simple issue, a sink handle that would leak onto the counter. Diagnosing, replacing, and checking the sink's cartridge ended up taking 4 visits and costing over $800. It seems that their replacement cartridge was faulty, which isn't covered under their warranty, so the sink still leaks and we're no better off than before.
Had an urgent issue and Shepherd’s Pluming arrived the same day. There pricing was reasonable. Employee, Luis Z. L. was very informative and thorough in ruling out what the issues did and did not, need to be addressed. We were very happy with the outcome. Would definitely use Shepherd’s Plumbing again. Service rendered July 2023
