A grey haired woman at customer service was quite snarky to my partner and I when we had come in to make a return. It came in all the original packaging it had come with and she did not believe us when we said so- if there was not luckily one more of the same item on the shelf she would not have made our return as she did not want to look it up in the system and was quite rude until I went and got the other item from the shelf.
