My online appointment didn't get to the dealership, however the service manager, Seth, assured me they would work in my vehicle for an oil change and within 2 hours I had a call that my car was ready for pickup! Nothing but great things to say about Shepherd's Chevrolet in North Manchester!
People here are just pleasant and easy to work with. Service has been very timely and when they say it will be done it has been. I have been extremely happy with the service to the point I bought my first brand new vehicle from them 2025 Chevy Trax. I would recommend the North Manchester IN dealership to anyone looking for a good used or new car!
