Drove in from Ft Wayne to look and test drive a truck are salesman was to busy washing cars to assist us.He did give us some keys to look inside a few trucks- we waited foe him to come back to no avail. Set keys on office counter. And left!! Shepards dis not want to sell a car on rhis particular day

I have been extremely happy with the service to the point I bought my first brand new vehicle from them 2025 Chevy Trax.
