We were in communication with someone in sales about a specific vehicle. We agreed that the next morning we would make the drive out.. an almost 3 hour drive. Once we arrived, we were informed they "just" sold the vehicle we came to see. The manager and sales associate tried to get us into 2 other vehicles but they weren't what we came for and we couldn't get over how they didn't put the vehicle on hold for us, since they knew a day in advance, we were making a significant drive there. Very disappointed.
