Great friendly to exercise and enjoy company of fellow seniors.
I joined the Shephers's center 6 months ago. The people are so kind. They offer a great indoor walking track and weight area. They have several classes you can join, like art, line dancing, and singing, to name a few. They have social classes like adult coloring books, needle'n around, and book club. They also have several event throughout the year. Plus, your insurance may pick up your monthly fee to join. I highly recommend joining.
