On May 2nd 2024, I attended my Aunt's suite at Vanguard at her request, to collect a couple of personal items. Her face cream and her credit card. She was in Hospital. Senior staff 'confiscated' the face cream, her wallet, and 2 passports I was holding, mine and my son's, without explanation. I reported the incident to Vanguard director to no effect.
