Shepherd's Care has become family to us. They loved our dad and he loved them. They loved my sister and me through some very difficult times and we will always be grateful.

I worked as a medtech and was a supervisor for 61/2 years I left with a two weeks notices went bye today to see my residents and coworkers was told I couldn’t stop bye and see them they had to come to the front to see me and also was told had to talk to Eric about coming bye to see coworkers I didn’t do nothing wrong but love my residents and this is the thanks I get for all I done for years for them my list can go much longer so sad how they treat people 😥😥😥😥
I am a medtech/supervisor here at shepherds care. everyone who works here takes pride in our jobs and we all treat our residents as though they are our family. we are a team of great people who love what we do and we all give 100% of our selves to take care of each and every resident we have.
This facility allows abuse of employees,by other employees and residents. I had a very different idea of what I was sure would be a quality experience. Very highly disapointed. Not recommended.
Awful staff in the office.. the “lpn nurse” is extremely rude and un caring and that sterling lady is bitter and mean.. I don’t know if it’s because her wrinkles are bothering her or the nurses weight is unsettling but they both need to find jobs that don’t have to do with working with people
Love shepherds Care! I’ve had the pleasure of working here for quite some time and I’ve enjoyed it. Residents and co workers are like family�
