Spoke with Lee today about some enquiries I had on home security. Lee was very helpful couldn't help in store with my enquiry but put me on the right track with a lot more knowledge then when I walked into the store. Exceptional service!! My fridge died over the weekend and i lost all the contents. I went to Shepherds Betta in gympie first thing monday morning as Lee had previously given me great service when i bought my washing machine. Again Lee was my salesperson and went above & beyond. When i explained my fridge died and that i urgently needed a fridge. Lee organised for my new fridge to be delivered within 15mins of my purchase, and for a small fee my old fridge to be removed. Came in to Shepherd’s Betta Gympie and was greeted by Ben who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. It was lovely to shop and support a local family business. Ben made everything so easy, quick and delivery was sorted for my dishwasher and fridge right away. Will be returning here for all my appliances from now on just from a humble experience.
