We bought a food processor here about 6 months ago they were very helpful then. When it stopped working out of the blue recently they organised a replacement straight away. Even though the model I originally had was no longer being made. Absolutely would recommend this business, great team to deal with!
My elderly grandmother called up because she thought one of her hotplates wasn’t working properly. She didn’t get the name of the man she spoke to but he was so helpful and even took the time to troubleshoot the issue and managed to resolve it - rather than just referring it straight away to the manufacturer like most places would. Brilliant service and it’s the reason my Nan has continued to shop here over other places for many many years.
Bought a freezer from Betta, service and delivery were first class.
Walked in the door and was greeted with a huge smile and Afternoon by Lee, I walked around looking at appliances, Lee came straight up and asked if he could help me or was I happy browsing, once I smashed Lee with a dozen or more questions, we looked around together then we sat at his computer gathering more info on availability, he is a wealth of knowledge, very accommodating hence why I decided to spend my $8800 in Gympie, with Lee, he kept in constant contact with me as the products started arriving in store, 5 star custo... read more
Spoke with Lee today about some enquiries I had on home security. Lee was very helpful couldn't help in store with my enquiry but put me on the right track with a lot more knowledge then when I walked into the store.
