My car broke down, engine was shot. I went to them to sell it, only expecting just to get scrap metal price for the vehicle. I had a free tow from my insurance company, so they had no overhead to clear, they claimed looking over the car was worth the $70 they would have paid for the car. Essentially they said either I pay the $70 or they would just keep my car!
