Honestly shocked with the service I received tonight. I come to this gas station all the time, usually have no problem with the kind women usually working the counter during the day, we love her. When I came in tonight, I had a completely different experience, I went to use the restroom real fast before I got my drinks and snacks. The customer service at this location is just terrible. They are just rude, what does it hurt to talk to people with a little respect. Instead they just start with the attitude. I'll go a little further down the road to not get attitude. Do better!
This store is very inexperienced. The customer service is terrible and poor and when asking for help they are completely unable to help customers. This store is a terrible store for Stillwater area and customer service is very poor and pathetic. I wouldn't spend a penny at at this disgusting store
majority of the employees are super kind and helpful.
