Extremely rude on the phone when calling to follow up on an application
Shepherd Realty Group has been INCREDIBLE and I strongly recommend them! After dealing with another property management company that wasn't great, we thankfully found Lauren from Shepherd Realty who was a delight to work with from the get-go. Our property was listed quickly, and was rented out at the price we were hoping for within a week! Lauren was communicative, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. We've been with them for about a month now, and are SO happy!
