I really enjoyed my stay at the Shepherd Mountain inn. While it was kind of an older motel, it was clean and it was updated. The people working the front desks were some of the nicest and most chill people that I have ever met. I loved the vibe of the place and I really enjoyed the blues rock in the breakfast nook. I would come back.
Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and staff was very helpful and nice
Shepherd Mountain Inn was a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast included in the stay with good. Centrally located with lots to see and do around the area. Make sure to eat lunch or dinner at Baylee Jo's Barbecue. They have some of the best BBQ around.
Me, my husband and our son stayed here for four days and we absolutely loved it. The room was in beautiful shape, everything was clean and tidy and smelled good. The room service were absolutely amazing and got us extra towels and coffee. This hotel is in a prime spot with a BBQ joint out front and grocery store across the road.
