Caitlyn Taphorn was able to sell my home in less than 24 hours!!! I relied on her for everything: setting an adequate price, negotiating on the contract, getting the house staged, everything. We had a great time work with Sam Misleh. He did an excellent job of communicating effectively and timely as much as possible to help us find a townhome to rent in such a small window of time. If there were any questions we had, he’d respond within a few minutes or even let us know when he’d respond with an answer. If anyone is on a time crunch to find a property rental, we recommend going with Sam.
