We cannot recommend Lexie enough! She was patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the entire home search and purchasing process. My husband and I decided - when I was six months pregnant! - that we wanted to move forward with buying our first home in DC. Shadya, the realtor superhero of NOVA, made our NOVA home-buying journey smooth and stress-free. Her honest advice, clear communication, and genuine care helped us find the right home with confidence. We’re grateful for her support and highly recommend Shadya and Shepherd Homes Group!
If you want a realtor who builds her practice on trust, market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients, look no further than Shadya. She doesn't just meet expectations; she completely shatters them. We recently found ourselves under a tight time crunch. Shadya went above and beyond, managing to book endless showings for us even while she was out of town. What sets her apart is her active involvement. She isn't just someone who unlocks doors—she is a true partner in the hunt. She took the time to understand our personal ... read more
Jason is a fantastic agent! We are so grateful to have been referred to him and work with him. He helped us buy our dream home. Their whole team is top notch and every part of the process well incredibly well managed and seamless. Thank you, Jason, and Andrew, and team!!!
Chris Urick assisted with selling my home as an out of state investor. He not only assisted me with renovating the home and getting it ready, but sold my home for over asking! He provided great marketing which allowed me to get multiple offers and go under contract in less than a week! Highly recommend working with Chris!
