The secretary talked to me rudely lately 3days ago when I inquired about the doctor she needs some classes some are offered even 4free online customer care

Dr Wiscount & staff are caring, patient professionals. Dr Wiscount takes his time with you & explains everything. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Also, the selection of glasses is wonderful, reasonable & the ladies were very helpful in helping me select a frame. My glasses were also ready in 2 weeks.
I spoke with to Kelly and requested to be transferred to the Spanish queue and another lady came on the line that it wasn't a Spanish speaker agent and was so rude because i asked her to rout me to the Spanish queue. I could possibly get her assistance but made me feel unappreciated as a customer and scared me to be treated in a place where humanity is not valued.
