This place is horrible. I was misdiagnosed while there and I am still battling the same issue 3 years later. The problem is a doctor can enter anything in your medical file (including wrong diagnosis) and every doctor after sees it and believes it. Shepherd Hill ruined my life.

Outpatient care . Dr. Monroe was amazing to me for an allergic reaction I had to a medication that I was prescribed here . She was the on call doctor for me on a weekend and was so sweet and helpful! LMH ER didn’t treat my reaction accurately as I needed a epiPen and not a steroid shot, so for 7 days after receiving the steroid shot ,I went into anaphylactic shock, and it was left untreated and caused major damage ,so this place will not be being sued.
