Had Shepherd do a basement remodel in 2023. My complaints echo others on here. The work they did was not good. They are not truthful. Took way longer than it should have. no final walk through. We finally just gave up. In my opinion and from other reviews I believe that’s their M/O just wait us out. Doors don’t seal parts of panel they installed started immediately falling off. We used them based off of a recommendation and because they are a small local company. I would never use them again.

They came in and did what we asked them to do and and got through with it in a reasonable amount of time .
Hired Shepherd to update our kitchen. They were very professional and on time. They were referred to me from a family member and I will definitely use them in the future.
