I worked with the Shepherd team on a matter with multiple tight timelines and very specific data format and delivery requirements. Alicia and Jennifer were wonderful project managers! They were quick to respond and the turnaround time on my requests was incredibly short. They were even able to accommodate same or next day delivery requests. They were wonderful partners throughout the process.

I've had the opportunity to work with the folks at Shepherd Data for the better part of their ~20 years in business and have found their quality of services to be outstanding. Few know eDiscovery and the litigation process (EDRM) better than the CEO of the company, and her staff is experienced and responsive to client needs. You get what you pay for! Shepherd Data is worth every cent.

I have worked with a lot of e-discovery vendors over many years, and Shepherd Data is consistently the best. They are very knowledgeable, responsive and do a great job. Their people are terrific to work with as they are always helpful and make efforts to educate on best ways to use the software and approach different projects. I highly recommend them.
