Absolutely awful agency and one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. For my entire tenancy, this company has consistently ignored emails, brushed off requests, and taken months to deal with even basic issues — sometimes up to six months with no explanation. Yet somehow they can send out rent invoices instantly, while refusing to respond to any actual communication from tenants.
