If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! She actually spends her time listening to you. Very professional and actually researches problems that arise in your situation. The fact that she has the laptop with her actually proves she is willing to look anything up and help. Also, she researches drug costs with the GoodRx app in case you have a high drug deductible. In conclusion, she is highly recommended!
