We ordered custom cabinets for our living room from Shepel homes and we couldn’t be happier! Installation was timely and well done. They are just the perfect color to warm up our space. Just what our new home needed to feel complete and functional. Working with Philip and his team was professional and easy, would recommend them to anyone!

Poor workmanship: Flawed installations, requiring extensive rework. Inexperienced contractors: Misrepresented experience, struggles with high-end materials. Project mismanagement: Extreme delays, minimal communication.
One of their vans nearly struck me in a parking garage while the driver was speeding and staring at his phone. I reached out privately in hopes they would take appropriate action, but had to follow up after a week of no response, and finally they respond with "We apologize for the experience. We will make sure this doesn't happen again in the future." Really was hoping for genuine concern and concrete action taken, but seems they'd rather pretend nothing happened.
