Horrible company! They did road construction (removed pavement & replaced pavement) in my neighborhood on my street. This caused a severe build up of dirt/mud/clay on my two vehicles. This mixture along with heat/sun during the months of June & July has caused oxidation in the paint on my two vehicles, one being a 2023. I contacted my insurance company & they contacted ShepCo, Dee Dee at ShepCo advised me to have my vehicles cleaned & to send in invoices & she/ShepCo would reimburse me by sending me a reimbursement check i... read more
