Have been buying used auto parts from Shepard's for quite some time, but today had such a poor experience that I had to share. For those who aren't familiar, this business has you pay $5 to walk their yard, find parts you want to purchase, and show the salesman at the front the photo of the part and the vehicle it's on. We have three vehicles so we're in for oil changes often. I can't speak highly enough about the people here. Mike and the other mechanics that I've met have been amazing. And the front desk ladies are awesome! I would never trust anyone else with any of our vehicles. Thanks for the great service!
