We had a fire (fortunately not too serious, but inconvenient to say the least) at our house. Kyle Shepard came by that same day to see how we were doing and to lay out the steps for repairs, reimbursements etc. He stayed in touch with us during the entire restoration process, which was seamless. The insurance carrier Shepard had arranged - Chubb - was very responsive and fair in its coverage. The recommendations he gave for clean up and repair people were also excellent.
