If someone is given me a choice of which home builders to pick from, I would totally picked Joey (Shepard Homes) over and over again! My wife and I consider Joey, Mike, Nikki and Tanisha to be friends, they're like family now because that's how they made us feel. These guys know exactly what they're doing. We had a challenging lot for them to build on and everything came out wonderful! Their crews were all very professional and did an excellent job.
