Worst plumbing experience I have had in the apartment industry in over 13 years. To start off, they are low priced for a reason. One a single job that should have taken 3 days, took 7, and they never sent back the same plumber to complete the job. Different plumbers each day, each not knowing what the other had done. Even better, the job could have been completed on day 3, but the Owner decided to go pursue other jobs and stop this job in the process with just a few hours of notice.
