I worked at Kindercare for 2 and a half years. During that whole time I was treated very unfairly by both Directors I worked under. I got the brunt of everything and constantly blamed on everything and not taken seriously when I was accused. There is no cameras and people just gossip and talk bad behind each others backs and the boss believes the rumors or doesn’t care. The classroom my child is in is always cold, the kids are all shivering and have runny noses. One of the teachers wreaks of cigarette smoke, which is unsanitary and unhealthy - for children especially. Additionally, the admins are pretty sassy. I feel if you are going to ask for a high price, you shouldn’t be disrespectful to the parents and you need to demonstrate proper hygiene.

I have been with Kindercare for 3 years now and have had the pleasure to work with Ms.Macaria and Ms.Ami. When my oldest son first started Ms. Macaria was the only one he would calm down with and after getting to know her I got why. She is kind, welcoming and overall a person you want to be around. It is also nice when she teaches the spanish lessons because she actually speaks Spanish. My son has been attending kindercare since he was 3 months old. They are very attentive to him and his specific needs and development. Mrs Maconia is her current teacher and she has been so attentive to and his needs during some challenging times. Would highly recommend them.

My son loves preschool here. His teacher, Ms. Macaria makes him feel safe and is great about communicating with me!
