After Shepard & Shepard (who were great) were taken over by Acrisure they culled their decent staff and quit the garage insurance business with literally no notice leaving their dealers scrambling to find new insurance.
Would not recommend this company. I've been with this company for 15 years. Recently the service has been terrible. My rep didn't return calls or emails until months ago. During that call she informed me that they were having a lot of problems with payments and insurance. Because of that, I cancelled one of my policies for a commercial property that I got a better quote on. 10 days ago I called back because another policy of mine was coming due and I wanted to make sure there were no issues.
