She couldnt fix my doll. No help finding someone that could!!
Susan is a wonderful person as is her husband. They saved my Madame Alexander doll and my boyfriend who became suddenly ill when there. She and her husband got him an ambulance and then lead me to the hospital. Can't say enough about "Doll Doctor" Susan.
When my mother was a baby she received a beautiful doll, we all knew her as Nina Doll. Over the years (106) Nina Doll's leg came off, she lost two fingers and a thumb, and her head was flaking. Wanting to have Nina Doll preserved I turned to ShenValley Doll Hospital's top Doll MD, Susan Mathias. All I asked was for Susan to make it so Nina Doll would not deteriorate further. She said she would make Nina Doll perfect, and she did. I can’t thank her enough.
For many many years I have been going there the work is very professional n fast always done in timely matter !! Wonderful staff . Friendly n very helpful !!! Always answers emails and phone calls extremely happy for years remmber not all doll hospitals are the same !! There Honest . Kind. Always call to let you know how many days it will take . And priced up front !! Without any surprises ever!!! I rate the company 10 stars out of 5
