I would give a 0 if google allowed me. Very judgemental doctor. Wouldn't recommend this practice. In my last visit she argued that my Bhcg +1000 , despite increasing every 48 hrs they might have been the result of medication... despite the fact that I WAS NOT on any medication (I repeated this several times)..in fact i was pregnant with...twins. Avoid this surjury like the plaque I had a receptionist who would not let me speak to western diagnostic pathology.i kept on saying I need to speak to western diagnostic pathology .she kept on refusing to let me speak to them . eventually I had to tell her mind your own business . Ended up she rejected me from the waiting room.is this exceptable NO. after 20 years I am moving to a new general practice !! Receptionist had NETT ZERO respect for ME!!
Extremely disappointing experience - cannot recommend the staff or Dr Patrick Lee. When Shenton Family Practice was absorbed into Shenton General Practice, I sought out a new GP after my previous GP had retired. I subsequently saw Dr Lee and received a referral to a specialist. After a period of time of seeing the specialist I was informed my referral needed to be renewed so I called the practice to enquire whether Dr Lee would need an in person appointment or whether a telephone consultation would suffice.
