Before I forget to do this: Shenton had been wonderful. I was in a devastating situation so my mind was elsewhere I had to do urgent consultation and rebooked once. But they were all kind enough to accommodate me. Dr. Krish was great. I really felt genuine concern over my situation, I wish I was in her office for a more joyous reason but I’m grateful she was the one looking after me during this tragic times and delivering a difficult sensitive information was with heartfelt concern. VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST After waiting 20 minutes (of my 30 min lunch break) I asked the receptionist if it might be much longer as i had to go back to work. She told me it's not like a leg wax where there are set times!!! I was quite shocked. I asked if the patient before me had gone in. She said something about there not being a window to see!!
