Making a formal complaint towards a receptionist working here. I got lost coming to this GP as there is 2-3 same GP with the same name. (Only been here once) I couldn’t make the time by half an hour. The lady who answered my call was rude and blunt and said I had wasted their nurses time. Even though I said I could do half an hour later. I am really considering going somewhere else.

Update: Cost is now $90!!!! Don't bulk bill and charge for dressing changes without even communicating that till we left... absolutely ridiculous. Not coming back here. Previous: Some receptionists are pretty rude. No longer do bulk billing. The cost of an in person consult is $85 and the same price for a tele health which is pretty ridiculous for a phone call.
Dr. Basil…..he is such a wonderful doctor. Goes above and beyond every time we see him. Brilliant with the kids and he just cares an abnormal amount. Also, in an age where bulk billing isn’t heard of anymore on weekends, he did that for my daughter. An absolute asset for SAMC and I hope as a centre, they’re doing all they can to keep him.
