Hi from John. I had a full body remedial massage last Monday with focus on tight muscles in my lower back. I asked if the masseuse could also do relaxing massage. My masseuse listened carefully to what I wanted and spoke to me in a friendly and sympathetic way. She was excellent, using several styles to loosen my tight, lower back. I paid for a hot stone massage of my back, neck, head and arms. I did not get it. After 5 minutes I asked if the masseuse was going to use hot stones. She tried to charge me extra. I argued and after checking with the person I had given the voucher to, she grumpily agreed to use the hot stones. Then, although she did give the massage for the time agreed, she did not do my head or arms, only my neck and back.
