When I was referred to Dr Shenoy in 2004 by my PCP after having a coronary bypass, that is when I found out that Diabetes caused the heart attack. He and his staff are very professional. He does not treat people who does not want to be healed. 21yrs with him is why I am alive.I would give his practice 6 stars if it were possible!
I was in his care for two years and I'm so happy I'm not anymore. Every visit, he was dismissive of my concerns and disregarded my questions. I'd have to repeat and insist he answer my questions. Even then, I'd get the shortest, most useless of answers. My impression is that he knows there aren't many endocrinologists around, so he's arrogant, disinterested, or both.
The office staff are extremely helpful in dealing with insurance companies and scheduling issues. Dr Shenoy is direct about treatment and disease issues. It is wonderful having the lab right in the office.
Dr. Shenoy is a very caring doctor and spends time with you going over your lab results and discussing with you all the results
I have been seeing Dr Shenoy for more than 10 years and he is the best, very concerned for my health, gives excellent advice.
