Got an attitude with my wife because they said I needed to come pick up my chain saw blades. UH....I dropped them off I 2002. Guess their phone lines were down
Waste of money and time! Took my push mower for service. 1st time it still didn't run $40+... second time $20+ and over THREE WEEKS! Still doesn't run. Ok... pulled the spark plug. BAD! A $2 part and some clean up and it would have been fine! Was told "Sometimes they makes fools of us"... Yeah.. I'm the fool!
Family owned and operated business. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly environment. I recommend taking your business here before a large chain store... Keep it local!!!!
