We will never go back to Joel Shenker. He is rude, condescending and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure he had us wait for over an hour just for fun as we where the only people in the building and where a half hour early anf still waited 2 hours. He hardly cared enough to listen and just said to everything we asked it’s nothing really his problem.
