Dr. Lo is a very caring and highly skilled doctor. He performed lumbar disc surgery on me on October 28, 2024. After a year of post-operative rehabilitation, I am slowly recovering and improving. I thank God that I met Dr. Lo. After two failed lumbar disc surgeries at another hospital in 2003, I suffered from excruciating lower back and nerve pain every day for 21 years. He did emergency surgery when I had cauda equina syndrome. I got all of my leg function back. Recovery was easy and not painful.
This doctor is very responsible and has excellent medical skills. He performed surgery on my father's back bone spur. Due to the problem of post-operative infection, we often had to trouble him to help us solve the problem. He also gave us his private mobile phone to help us solve problems.
By far the best neurosurgeon I have met. He listened to all of my concerns and believe me I had a lot but I was not rushed. Dr. Lo genuinely cared about every detail I was describing to him and gave me positive feedback. Everyone on his staff was pleasant. Andrea was a pleasure just so sweet and Brian extremely courteous. Thank all of you for making me feel at ease during my difficult time.
