Private beach club at the mouth of the Thames River in Groton with lockers or cabanas for the members. Beach is shallow and waves small but there is a large swimming area. The lifeguards are great. Very kid friendly and family oriented beach. Food from the grill is also available for lunch and dinner on the weekends. Shared patio space with tables and umbrellas. Beautiful spot! View was great, water was perfect. Great swimming and sunbathing. The food was yummy too.
