Recently, I learned that our HOA had put our mother's house on a path of foreclosure. We weren't aware, as she has Alzheimer's and had thrown away the notices. I had been trying to reaching the HOA to pay her back fees. They didn't respond. Larry sent someone to my mother's house three times to let her know what was happening. Larry, is a leach, he will slowly drain the aossciation. The previous property manager for, LHB Condo Aossc. Used this firm to bring frivolous lawsuit against owners. He used $96,796 of reserve funds, to pay legal fees. He completely depleted our reserves. There are unpaid legal fees, that the Association has yet to disclose. Any ethical lawyer would have suggested mediation and not brought protracted legal action. This is unquestionably an unethical firm. I wouldn't use them.
