Unfortunately I trusted the testimonials on their website and recently hired Alan for a pre-purchase inspection. I've seen other inspectors' work from when my parents bought places and I was very disappointed with Alan's service. Content of the report he provided was pathetic. A feature sheet of a property has more info than what he provided us. Because Alan wont point out things like holes in the wall or spaces in flooring as he thinks it's "cosmetic," we're having to spend $1000+ getting things fixed. I would never recomme... read more
