I’ve used Shenasi for wool and silk carpet cleaning and repair for 5+ and they always do a wonderful job. This time, they did a repair of the fringe and it looks like new. I would highly recommend them.
We recently had a rug that we purchased in Morocco a few years ago serviced by Shenasi Carpet. It needed to be cleaned, a corner repaired and an edge sewn to tighten it and minimize tassel fraying. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the cleaning and repair process that was needed. Their explanation gave us the confidence in their expertise.
