Makayla was GREAT! Management was awesome! Two lanes were down while we were bowling and the team accommodated us so well. One thing I admire was them finding a solution and not allowing me to get a refund. As a customer service advocate, NEVER let money walk out when the problem could be prevented or resolved!!!
