Have been going to Dr novecel for 20 plus years she is great but trying to talk to someone by calling in to the office is the worst iv ever seen . You can never get ahold of anyone .
Absolutely no compassion or ability to listen to patient! Not everything is black and white! The fact that you didn’t even want to try to understand speaks volumes! As a resident dr. You should learn some bedside manner and compassion! Shame on you and staff!
They need to answer the phone! They only time they answer the phone is when there closed lol
I never had an issue with this place. Great doctors & staff they took care of myself & my family members. Not sure why the negative reviews.
