You'll regret dealing with these miserable folks. Could not get a hold of them for weeks, when I did, I got hung up on because I dared to question why I couldn't reach anyone. Save your business for someone who values customers.
I’ve rented off of them for a few years and never had an issue with them. Bob and Betsy both are great people to deal with. Very reasonable rates and clean units.

I have never written a bad review before, but I feel that my experience with Bob and Betsy at Shenango Mini Storage was so unbelievable that I need to warn people about their totally unprofessional behavior. We had reserved a 14x15 unit and were going to pay the first three months in advance. The area was hit with an ice/snow storm on the day of our scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork and make the payment.
