Shenandoah Video SUCKS! This is a horrible place. The teenagers that work at this store are totally untrained and do not know how to properly assist customers. The management is generally non-existent and does not have the mental capacity of the average cockroach. This store will RIP YOU OFF!!! They will rent you movies and then tell you that you have never returned them and demand payment. And there in-lies the "shtick", the "scam", the "bamboozle" as it were.
