The billing department is extremely rude!
The shoulder, hand and arm side of the Augusta system is solid. The spine and hip is not helpful. I saw the doctor four times over nearly a year and never ordered an MRI. Most Likely because I was maxed out on annual CoPay. So I’ve moved on to someone who actually takes being a doctor seriously. .
HORRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE (especially from the front office staff!) I understand we’re all stressed in the midst of the pandemic however, if you can’t adjust your attitude for the sake of the public…. Hershey’s is hiring. We won’t be returning.
